- I’ve used Whip-It before, and it looks like things are different?

You are right! Things are a little different, when we first launched in July 2020 we were taking a big leap into the unknown and as the business has grown and developed so have our ideas and plans for the future! We have also received lots of helpful feedback and suggestions from customers and supporters and it is important to us to act upon feedback and develop our business for the better.

- Is the team still the same?

Yes, the owners Hassan and Jade still own and run the business!

- So, tell me about the changes?

Well, the biggest change is that our services will now cover a wider area. And as a business we have learnt that now more than ever, it is important to support local and shop local. So as a result we now have whip-it partners, these are all independent businesses who have been vetted by us to help provide the best possible service for you! Connecting local to local!

- How do I make a booking?

- How do I cancel or change my booking?

You can cancel or amend your booking either via email [email protected] or over the phone 0333 444 WHIP (9447). However, we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible and there may still be a charge if you cancel your booking short notice (check out our ts&cs for more info).

- What are your opening hours?

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am til 5pm. However, the services we offer are available Monday to Sunday.

- Do I need to be present for my booking?

No, you do not! The aim of Whip-It is to make life easier for you, our service is contact free and hassle free for your convenience.

- I want to talk to you about my booking? Do I talk to the Whip-it Partner or you?

Everything is organised through us so we will be your main point of contact for enquiries, current bookings and future bookings.

- What if I have more questions?

You can contact us on our social medias, via email and over the phone. We are at your beck and call almost all of the time (aside from when we are eating or sleeping). We aim to answer any and all questions you may have within a 24hr time period.
