At Whip-It Wash, we will always provide the highest possible service and take the best possible care of your vehicle. Our Terms & Conditions are not here to be daunting, just to keep both the company and customer protected.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you make a booking with Whip-It Automotive, you should read the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once the booking has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions of the booking.
Please be aware that at times we may need to change or adjust the Terms and Conditions, this could be for a number of reasons including, to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements. However, the most up to date Terms and Conditions will always be available on the Website.
Booking
- Whip-It provides a platform which connects independent business owners with customers. Bookings may be completed either by a Whip-It member of Staff or by a trusted Whip-It Partner.
- Whilst Whip-It does conduct basic ID checks on Whip-It Partners, you the consumer understand and accept that Whip-It does not undertake any investigation in relation to any Partner or third-party service provider before they are admitted to our platform, including criminal checks, verification of qualification or license held, or any character or other checks. You further understand and agree that you are solely responsible for making your own evaluations, decisions about to access our service and services provided. You agree to assume all risks and you agree to expressly release, indemnify, and hold harmless Whip-It from any and all loss, liability, injury, death, damage, or costs arising or in any way related to the services.
- Whip-It Partners are responsible for ensuring that their business is registered, legal and has all the appropriate, documents, equipment and insurance and follows all relevant policies, procedures and health and safety requirements. The consumer and the partner understand that this is not Whip-Its responsibility.
- Bookings for a Whip-it Automotive can be made by phone or through our website. For a Whip-It Automotive bookings either require full payment or a 50%-part payment must be made in order to secure the booking.
- It is the Customers responsibility to remove all personal belongings, children’s car seats, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of valet.
- Whip-It Automotive will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being valeted.
- Please leave 15mins either side of your booking in order to allow for traffic conditions that may bring forward or delay the valet.
- Each wash type has a time allocated to the booking, the valeter will only stay for the maximum amount of time. On our booking form it clearly states that if cars are heavily soiled or have excessive hair, glitter, mud e.c.t then additional time will need to be selected and paid for. If additional time has not been declared the valeter will do the best they can in the time allocated or if they have availability, they can stay for extra time but this will need to be paid for.
- All vehicles are cleaned and valeted at the customer’s own risk.
- Whip-It and Whip-It Partners will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff or partners under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviours be encountered.
- Whip-It Automotive reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will always let the customer know and make contact as soon as possible.
- Whip-It Automotive reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company. Whip-It will contact the customer to inform them of any changes or amendments to their booking.
Pricing
- Pricing and bookings will be agreed and confirmed.
- Whip-It Automotive reserves the right to amend any price during the valet should it differ from the original estimate or booking (for example, if you book in and paid for a small vehicle but the vehicle is actually a large, your price will be amended accordingly).
- Any service booked will be asked to be secured with a debit or credit card deposit or full payment prior to arrival of the Whip-it Staff member or Whip-It Partner.
Payment
- Payments can be made via our booking system Here.
- When making a booking customers can choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking, or may pay 50% of the cost on making their booking and pay the remaining 50% on the day the booking is carried out.
- Payments can be made by debit of credit card through our website, through a link which we will email or text to you, or made to our valeter. Payments can also be made by bank transfer/direct debit into our bank account (Whip-It Car Maintena / 52-10-48 / 18171354).
- If any payment has not been made by the due date, Whip-it Wash will allow a 7day grace period after which a £10 late payment fee will be applied each and every 7 days thereafter.
- You will be charged the full cost of the valet if the vehicle is not available to the valet at the location stated in the booking.
Our service Terms & Conditions
- You must not request payments or services with Whip-It Staff or Whip-It Partners outside of the Whip-It. If you do so and a dispute arises you will not be protected.
- Whip-It has trader’s insurance, public liability insurance and employee liability insurance.
- Whip-It Partners are responsible for their own insurance and professional practices and qualifications.
- Your booking information will be shared with the Whip-It Partner but for the sole purpose of the Partner being able to undertake and complete your booking.
- Whip-it will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from ill-fitting trim, loose or faulty parts, door mirrors held on with tape, etc. Please ensure you make us aware of any potential problems before we start the valet.
- It is the customers responsibility to remove any child seat prior to the booking and Whip-It staff and partners will not put car seats back into the vehicle due to health and safety.
- We may ask you where you heard about Whip-It in order to gauge our marketing strategies.
- We may conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Any complaints or disputes need to be made within 2 working days after the completed booking. Whip-It may ask for proof, photos and information in order to properly investigate the dispute.
- In the event a dispute is made relating to any services performed by either Whip-It Staff or Whip-It Partners, Whip-It will act as the middleman and seek a resolution. Whip-It is not responsible for any damage and cannot be held liable for any insurance claims but will facilitate a resolution between both parties wherever possible.

- This agreement is in agreement with, in line with and is governed by English Law.
Cancellation
- If you would like to cancel or amend your booking you can do so on your dashboard or over the phone 0333 444 9447.

- We politely ask for as much notice as possible when cancelling or amending a booking
- For bookings cancelled 72hrs or less to the booking date or time will result in a minimum charge of 50% of the valet price.
- For bookings cancelled on the day or if we arrive at the designated time and location and no one is available Whip-It Automotive reserves the right to take full payment of the booking.
Accounts and Credits
- Customers are able to access information, exclusive offers and deals by creating a customer account.
- Whip-It reserves the right to close a customer account if customers are found to be exploiting our customer dashboard and offers (actively trying to cheat our systems).
- If customers have been found to be exploiting our system, they will be asked to pay full price on any Whip-It Automotive bookings.
- Whip Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. Whip Credits can only be used and accessed on the Whip-It Platform.
