ONLINE OR TELEPHONE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you make a booking with Whip-It Wash, you should read the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once the booking has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions of the booking.
Please be aware that at times we may need to change or adjust the Terms and Conditions, this could be for a number of reasons including, to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements. However, the most up to date Terms and Conditions will be available on the Website.
Bookings for a Whip-it Wash can be made by phone or through our website. For a Whip-It Wash booking either full payment or a 50%-part payment must be made in order to secure the booking.
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of valet.
Whip-It Wash will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being valeted.
Our services are currently only available to those in BS postcodes. Although we may travel to other areas for a minimum booking fee or a £12 travel charge
Please leave 15mins either side of your booking in order to allow for traffic conditions that may bring forward or delay the valet.
Each wash type has a time allocated to the booking, the valeter will only stay for the maximum amount of time. On our booking form it clearly states that if cars are heavily soiled or have excessive hair, glitter, mud e.c.t then additional time will need to be selected and paid for. If additional time has not been declared the valeter will do the best they can in the time allocated or if they have availability they can stay for extra time but this will need to be paid for.
All vehicles are cleaned and valeted at the customer’s own risk.
Whip-It Wash will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviours be encountered.
Whip-It Wash reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will always let the customer know and make contact as soon as possible.
Whip-It Wash reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company. Whip-It will contact the customer to inform them of any changes or amendments to their booking.

Whip-It Wash reserves the right to amend any price during the valet should it differ from the original estimate or booking (for example, if you book in and paid for a small vehicle but the vehicle is actually a large, your price will be amended accordingly).
Any service booked will be asked to be secured with a debit or credit card deposit or full payment prior to arrival of the Valeter.
If we increase our prices, all clients which have current pre-booked appointments will be honoured and kept to the same price as agreed when the booking was made. Once the booking is complete bookings will be charged at the amount as is stated on the website.
When making a booking customers can choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking, or may pay 50% of the cost on making their booking and pay the remaining 50% on the day the valet is carried out.
Payments can be made by debit of credit card through our website, through a link which we will email or text to you, or made to our valeter. Payments can also be made by bank transfer/direct debit into our bank account (Whip-It Car Maintena / 52-10-48 / 18171354).
If any payment has not been made by the due date, Whip-it Wash will allow a 7day grace period after which a £10 late payment fee will be applied each and every 7 days thereafter.
You will be charged the full cost of the valet if the vehicle is not available to the valet at the location stated in the booking.
Our service Terms & Conditions
We may ask you where you heard about Whip-It in order to gauge our marketing strategies.
We may conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Whip-It has trader’s insurance, public liability insurance and employee liability insurance.
We will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from ill-fitting trim, loose or faulty parts, door mirrors held on with tape, etc. Please ensure you make us aware of any potential problems before we start the valet.
In the interest of safety, Local Councils and insurers forbid valeting vehicles in certain areas that may be hazardous. These can include some public roads, in public car parks and construction sites. Whip-It Employees are insured to move a customer’s car to an appropriate and safe location if they need to do so.
It is the customers responsibility to remove any child seat prior to the valet

Cancellation and Renewals with a Bundle
If you would like to cancel or amend your booking you can do so on your dashboard, via your booking email or over the phone 0333 444 9447.
We politely ask for 7days notice to cancel any booking /valet type, as a small independent business it can be difficult to fill up cancelled slots.
For bookings cancelled 72hrs or less to the booking date or time will result in a minimum charge of 50% of the valet price.
For bookings cancelled on the day or if we arrive at the designated time and location and no one is available Whip-It Wash reserves the right to take full payment of the booking.
Where possible we will always try to accommodate changes, but we have these policies in place to protect our small business. We ask customers to remember we are a small independent business.
Accounts and Credits
Customers are able to access information, exclusive offers and deals by creating a customer account.
Whip-It Wash reserves the right to close a customer account if customers are found to be exploiting our customer dashboard and offers (actively trying to cheat our systems), however, this will be discussed and explained with the customer.
If customers have been found to be exploiting our system they will be asked to pay full price on any Whip-It Wash bookings.
Whip Credits can be purchased on the customer account, these are non-refundable and can only be used on our Whip-It Wash service.
